Shipping Information
At Kynskin, we strive to provide excellent value for money. That’s why we ship our products directly from our suppliers. This approach helps us reduce transportation, storage, and packaging costs — allowing us to offer high-quality pieces at a fair price.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Orders placed during the week are typically processed within one business day.
- Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Delivery Time
Once processed, your order will be dispatched.
The average delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

We highly recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering, as returning extra sizes can be a lengthy process and affects our small business. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help with sizing before you place your order!

At Kynskin, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@kynskin.com with your order number and (optionally) your reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
Please note:
We do not cover return postage. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us straight away at info@kynskin.com.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
