At Kynskin, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@kynskin.com with your order number and (optionally) your reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Please note:
We do not cover return postage. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us straight away at info@kynskin.com.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
