2. Products and Orders

We offer physical clothing products for sale.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to errors in product descriptions or pricing.

3. Shipping and Fulfilment

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 10 business days. Delivery may take up to 15 business days, depending on your location, the weather and current demand.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy with no questions asked.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase:

  • Contact us at info@kynskin.com within 14 days of receiving your item

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
