Shipping Information
We strive to offer you the best value for money. That’s why we ship our products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save on transportation, storage, and packaging costs and offer our products at a fair price.
Processing Time: Every order is processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 10-15 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or delays with carriers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Refund & Returns
We highly recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering, as returning extra sizes can be a lengthy process and affects our small business. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help with sizing before you place your order!
Return & Refund Policy

At Kynskin, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@kynskin.com with your order number and reason for return (optional). We will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@kynskin.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
